That’s okay, as long as it’s not interfering with your diet- and workout-schedule. If it is, that emotional dynamic might not be so benign. Have fun on the 15th. On the 17th and 18th, get some professional advice on what kinds of vitamins, minerals and proteins you should be ingesting. Try out what they say. If you don’t like it, go back to your old diet.
