Horoscopes for 19th August 08
Fitness horoscope for Aries
This month is all about stamina, for you. It’s about building your endurance and testing your limits. It’s about getting outside and getting going. It’s about sunblock and sweat shorts and a couple of major endorphin highs. So what’s the best way to get this super-fit month started? With an intense — and, if possible, outdoor — workout first thing on the 1st, of course! Get up with the sun, strap on your workout gear and hit the pavement (beachfront, open water swim course, etc.). By the 5th and 6th, you’ll be in a good position to get what you want. And if that’s extra time on the rowing machine, you’re golden! By the 10th the 11th, you’ll be ready to try something new. The more open you can be, the more likely you are to catch the great ideas about just what that something might be as they whizz past (softball, anyone?). On the 15th, plan ahead. By the 19th and 20th, you’ll be feeling wonderful. All that hard work really pays off! Then, on the 25th, eat well, but not too much. Take your time. After all, you’ve got plenty of it.
Cat horoscope for Leo
Your mind is always active and ready to pick up on new tidbits of information Today brings something your way that riles you up in a good way and changes your life for the better!
Weekly horoscope for Scorpio
The universe loves to see you in action as the week gets going! Monday may seem like an odd day for romance, but the stars favor an overture you make now. Over the next couple of days, find time to get outside and get moving — a long run or a twilight stroll, solo or with a friend or certain someone. But note that you’re extra competitive now and at the end of the workweek; if you’re playing sports or trying to score at work, don’t make it personal. And whatever you’re doing this weekend, low-key is better than high-risk.
Travel horoscope for Sagittarius
When you’re at home, the thought of going to a county fair to ride on a swaybacked pony and eat foods so greasy they make your fingers shine makes you shudder — and not with delight. But those same activities take on an entirely different aspect when you’re in the Caribbean (or, hey, even upstate New York). And that’s a good — if not great — attitude to have. A few of the activities you participate in while you’re on the road are so much fun that you’ll vow to seek out their home-grown versions once you get back on your regular turf.
