Horoscopes for 4th August 08
Monthly horoscope for Taurus
Power struggles are just no fun — unless you’re winning, that is. On the 1st, whether you’re winning or losing, make sure you’re not fighting dirty. You want to be able to look yourself in the face when this whole thing is all over, so whether you’re feeling up (because you’re ahead), or down (because you’re not), try to take it easy, as the month begins. In fact, why not bow out entirely and go for a nice swim or run, to break the tension? By the 6th, things will be looking up. Your routine may not have changed, but it will feel fresh and different somehow. The same old workout will feel entirely invigorating, and the little things that had been bothering you about your love life will suddenly seem inconsequential. Perhaps it’s just the lovely summer sunshine; whatever it is, enjoy it! The 10th and 11th, get philosophical. Then, on the 16th, somebody else’s bizarre behavior is not your problem. Take a deep breath and walk away. The 20th, you’ll feel like you’re being pulled in two different directions. Pick one and let go. Around the 26th, there may be a car repair to deal with. If you don’t have a car, watch for flats on your bicycle or broken laces on your roller skates. And on the 30th, don’t forget about romance. That’s right, remember romance and romance will remember you.
Fitness horoscope for Cancer
Get ready: You’re going to be bursting with good, healthy energy this month! Use it to explore a few new ways to stay healthy. It’s a great month to try new things; tofu dogs, sea swimming, maybe even a marathon run! Starting on the 1st and continuing all month long, you’ll be in good shape when it comes to your health. The 5th, the crazier your workout schedule, the better you’ll feel at the end of the day. Schedule a sunset run, a lunchtime jog or an after-work breath-work session. Then, if you find you’re feeling too exhausted, go ahead and cut out a few things around the 7th or 8th. You’ll be feeling balanced by the 9th and 10th, as long as you stick to your workout (if you don’t, you’re on your own!). The 14th, make sure your friends are involved in at least some of your healthy activities. By the 19th, you’ll be ready to take on a new challenge. Whether it’s eating even better or something else entirely, you’ll be up to it. The 23rd and 24th, if you’re feeling wiped out, take a little break. A physical checkup is a good idea, too, if it’s time for your yearly. The 28th, you’ve got energy to spare, and the 31st, whether you’re on the soccer field or on the dance floor, you’ll shine.
