If you are planning your workout, make sure it’s not all lists and no lunges — it’s a little bit pointless, otherwise! On the 6th and 7th, life in general will be shaping up nicely. Can you say the same for your abs? If not, you know what to do! On the 11th, everything will interest you. Digestive processes, muscle function, what your tendons do. Hit the books! Then, on 15th and 16th, if you are still flying solo at your weekend sky-diving class, a very attractive person might apply to be your co-captain. If you’re hitched already, you and your partner are going to be flying even higher, faster, and more dramatically than usual. On the 21st and 22nd, try to be nice, even if some idiot put too much chlorine in the pool preventing you from swimming your laps this week. The 25th and 26th, talk it out — it’s good for you! On the 31st, it’s time for you to get serious about your health routine. Any aching joints or tight muscles need serious attention.
